Michele's Workout

WOD: Elliptical Intervals
After you warm-up go as hard as you can for two minutes, rest one minute. Do this six times. The goal is to use maximum effort for 2 min intervals...or 2 min on 1 minute off x 6

  1. Oh My Gosh--40 Dollars! What a deal! I worked out for 30 minutes. I did the six minute intervals like you said. I am not sure how I was suppose to record it. I also did some good stretching, because I needed to strtch that crazy hip of mine.

    Hey good news...Jim wants to join. He can not work out this week because he has to work some pretty long hours this week. His long hours at his job will definatly conflict with his work out but he said he is willing to try. So, that means our little man will have to come over as well. Hope that is okay??? Like always, thank you so much for sacrificing time to help us get into shape. Michele
